US Shipping

All apparel is assembled and shipped from the United States. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Once shipped, delivery takes 2 to 6 business days.

Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75.
Expedited Shipping available at checkout for $25.00.

All shipments are sent via UPS or FedEx. Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package.

Shipping FAQs

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing. Once shipped, delivery takes 2 to 6 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Orders placed Friday through Sunday are processed on Monday.

We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding internationally soon!
Orders are not shipped out on the following days:

Mystic Faith Apparel reserves the right to change the above schedule at any given moment and without notice.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to manually expedite shipping or reroute the package. However, if your order has already shipped, you may be able to redirect it using your carrier's delivery management tools. Please note that modifying your delivery through the carrier may delay the shipment and could incur additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the shipment tracking information. If you do not receive it, please contact support at mysticfaithapparel@gmail.com.
  • Once shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package
  • We do not offer refunds for items lost in transit
  • We cannot replace or refund packages confirmed as delivered but not retrieved or stolen
  • Always double-check your shipping address before checking out!
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can re-ship it once received back. A re-shipping fee will apply. We are not responsible for items not received due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or items are missing:
  • Please contact us at mysticfaithapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • We will issue a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the situation
Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

14-Day Return Policy

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.

How to Return

Email us at mysticfaithapparel@gmail.com to initiate a return. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Items with excessive wear or damage cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

To exchange, return your current item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Refunds cover the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank to process the refund.
